The material covers all features of the product from an end-user's perspective, and provides a solid foundation for all users, from first time users to experienced administrators.
 
JIRA Administrators+Workflows
 
Combining the best parts of our popular JIRA Administrators and JIRA Workflows training courses, this session covers the tasks and best practices that every JIRA administrator encounters, starting from installation and user management techniques to daily maintenance, security and future upgrades, and onto custom fields, screens and workflows.
 
Confluence Fundamentals
 
The Confluence Fundamentals course shows you how to become a more active contributor in your enterprise wiki, and covers all the features you'll need to know as an end-user. This course provides a solid foundation for all users, from first time users to experienced administrators, and is an ideal refresher for anyone already familiar with the wiki concept.
 
Introduction to Plugin Development
 
These brand new training courses will be available for the first time at the Summit 2010, and will provide a practical view of writing plugins for JIRA and Confluence. We’ll get you started with the basic concepts involved, then dive into some of the most common examples of plugins for each product. We’ll include something for everyone - regardless of your programming experience – and as always our instructors are here to answer any questions during the session.
